By using Glowr you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service
Glowr connects clients with independent beauty and grooming artists. We are a marketplace, not the service provider.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Artists are responsible for the accuracy of listings (location, prices, offerings, bio). Clients must not misuse booking or payment flows.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are subject to artist availability. Payments are processed by Paystack. Cancellations and refunds follow artist policies and applicable law.
4. Artist Responsibilities
Artists must hold any licenses required in their jurisdiction, deliver services professionally, and keep profile information current.
5. Prohibited Conduct
No harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Glowr branding and software are owned by us. User content remains yours; you grant us a license to display it in the app.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided by independent artists. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for violations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa unless mandatory local law applies.
