Glowr ("we", "our", "us") operates the Glowr mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, profile details, and role (client or artist).
- Artist data: bio, specialty, location, services, prices, and portfolio metadata.
- Booking data: appointments, payment references, and service selections.
- Device data: analytics, crash reports, and performance metrics.
- Guest sessions: local preference flags only; no account is created.
How We Use Information
- Provide booking, discovery, and artist dashboard features.
- Process payments through Paystack.
- Improve reliability, security, and product experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers (Supabase, Paystack, Apple/Google sign-in) strictly to operate the app.
Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting support. EU/UK users may request portability or restriction where applicable.
Children
Glowr is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Security
We use Supabase Authentication, row-level security policies, and industry-standard transport encryption. No method is 100% secure.
